Client
Brian Soleau is the owner and licensed massage therapist behind Essence of Massage. Driven by a deep-seated passion for helping others to realize and achieve the most healthy, balanced version of themselves, Brian pursued a career in the healing arts. When he discovered the many variations and styles of massage, he knew he had found his niche.
Goals
Brian came to me in need of a logo, and soon realized he needed everything else. We worked together to come up with a viable name that was also available as a domain, and soon began working on an appropriate logo for him.
He wanted his brand to communicate that what he does is therapeutic, relaxing, and most of all, personalized. We settled on the simple but iconic symbol of zen rocks stacked on top of each other, underscored by an artistic stroke.
The colors chosen are very neutral and soothing. His business card, likewise, is very functional, clean, and to the point.
Brian also needed a web presence for his new business, so I developed a simple but responsive site to give visitors more information about his services and location.
