Client

Roots of Life is one of many holistic lifestyle consulting companies entering the market. Located in Phoenix, they assist clients with reaching their health goals through diet consultation, exercise motivation and accountability, yoga instruction, and energy healing.

Goals

Theresa Bernhard, the founder of Roots of Life, was referred to me by one of my clients. She loved the clean style of the work I did for Life by John, and was impressed by how professional all of his materials looked.

During our initial consultation, she expressed interest in having branding and a website that was easy to navigate, professional, clean, and bright. It was very important that everything convey health and wholesomeness. She felt that many other health coaches’ materials were either to busy, too cheesy, or too cluttered, and wanted to set herself apart from her competitors.

Roots of Life’s primary audience is female, between the ages of 25-40. They would primarily be upper-middle class, and local for the time being. The resulting logo and materials are simple yet inviting, and the open sans serif of Verlag paired with neutral greens and blues are relaxing yet convey professionalism.
